Email and Social Media Campaign Lead
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the company's outbound email marketing strategy by building, executing, and optimizing multi-touch prospecting campaigns using platforms such as Instantly (preferred), Smartlead, Apollo, or similar sales engagement tools.
Manage the end-to-end outbound process, including lead sourcing, enrichment, verification, segmentation, campaign setup, inbox management, lead qualification, and timely handoff of qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
Maintain strong email deliverability by monitoring sender reputation, authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), list hygiene, and campaign compliance with applicable data privacy and email marketing regulations.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless lead lifecycle management between outbound campaigns, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools, while maintaining accurate prospect data and reporting.
Support the company's digital marketing efforts by managing social media content publishing, audience engagement, and campaign amplification across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance across the entire sales funnel, including deliverability, engagement, qualified leads, meetings booked, pipeline contribution, and return on investment, while continuously optimizing campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and data-driven improvements.
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in outbound marketing, email deliverability, sales engagement, and demand generation to continuously improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B email marketing, outbound demand generation, or sales engagement, preferably within the SaaS, technology, or B2B services industry.
Hands-on experience managing high-volume outbound email platforms, with Instantly strongly preferred; experience with Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, HubSpot, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong understanding of email deliverability, CRM systems, lead generation tools, data enrichment platforms, and email compliance regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR).
Excellent analytical, copywriting, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline growth through outbound marketing campaigns.
Nice to Have:
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms, along with social media management, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
Working knowledge of SEO, content marketing, landing page optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-powered marketing tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with experience in regulated or technology-driven environments considered an advantage.
