Product Marketing Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketer to join our growing team. As a Product Marketer, you will play a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and driving the adoption of our cloud communications products. Tier 1 Support Agent
The Tier 1 Support Agent role serves as the first line of technical support for customers, providing timely and professional assistance for product and service-related issues after implementation. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving common technical problems, guiding customers through system functionality when necessary, and ensuring issues are properly documented and escalated when required. The position requires foundational VoIP knowledge, as the Tier 1 Support Agent, you will assist customers with configuration, troubleshooting, and setup of communication services including call forwarding, call routing, IP phone provisioning, fax troubleshooting, and application support. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, technically inclined, and capable of communicating clearly while resolving issues efficiently in a fast-paced support environment.
